All solicitations are administered through the University’s electronic system, ESM Sourcing. All Bidders should view and respond to all Solicitations through the ESM system.
If you have previously registered with ESM Solutions and were not sent an invitation for a Solicitation for which you would like to participate, please email the Purchasing Contact listed in Section 1 of the Solicitation, requesting to be invited. Be sure to include the Event ID, Event Name, and Supplier Name (as listed in ESM) with your request.
