The University of Alabama allows for rental of off-campus storage units for temporary storage for certain circumstances on an approved basis.  Please contact Todd Blue, Director of Space Planning and Management, for approval.  Space Planning and Management will assist in determining if adequate space is available on campus that would eliminate the cost and effort involved in the rental of a temporary off-campus storage unit.  If off-campus storage is approved, Space Planning and Management will advise the appropriate steps that will need to be completed prior to submitting the rental agreement through the Procurement Contract Portal for review and signatures.
