Effective June 1, 2025, the Professional Services Agreement and Vendor Disclosure Statement will now be submitted through the Procurement Contract Portal, Agiloft.   Also, effective June 1, 2025, Vendor Disclosure Statements are no longer required for contracts/agreements of all types that are less than $75,000.
