New Users or Users who need to change their role will need to submit a Request/Update Access Form. This form will give users access to buyBAMA as well as access to use certain ORG Codes in Banner (for Non-Catalog Orders).
Tips to ensure a fast review of your request:
- If you have any questions about the information requested, please email buyBAMA@ua.edu for assistance. Incorrectly filling out a field will cause delays in your request.
- Be sure to review the Role Information before choosing. If you are unsure, your department can help, or you can email buyBAMA@ua.edu for assistance.
- Once you submit your form your listed Supervisor will receive an email to review and approve your form, we cannot add a user without that approval.
